What a fabulous day to conclude my month of extending love to honesty! All Hallow’s Eve. I feel both hallowed by gratitude and hollowed out like a pumpkin after getting up close and personal with honesty. I had a docent training yesterday that left my head spinning. It went so long I was in traffic I normally miss so got the opportunity to sit quietly with my thoughts on the drive home. In this month I have spent with tiredness (extending love, honesty, understanding, awareness and trust etc) I can honestly say “What was I afraid of again??” I now know, down to my [still occasionally weary] toes that tiredness is but my reminder to pause, breathe and go within.
