My Dear Friend, thank you for your inspiration on exhaustion. I have to take a deep look at my inner spirit, and as myself and I quote a very inspiration and dear friend “I don’t need this, I already believe….”. Yet here I am, day one of kindy sitting quietly with eyes closed and listening within. After my thoughts have dispersed (extending love to them keeps us from feeling adversarial) I ask “What do you feel like Holy Spirit?” Minutes go by and I feel ……….empty, quiet, present. Then I begin to feel the spaciousness communicating itself through a tingling throughout my body. Is this life energy?

Yes, I, too am often called back,and I too, so often forget that my practice makes my life, my day so much better. I relate so much to what you share.And I too, catch myself thinking, I should have that practice by now, and it should be built in?? or something? Thank you so much for sharing. I too,have been staying tired. Depressed, blah!

Excellent! Remember the feeling of Love’s Presence.
I need to remember to be kind to myself.
With God’s/HolySpirit’s help, I can be kind to myself.
