But there came a day when I said to myself, Worrying (it was invariably about the children) is of no help to them whatsoever. So – either do something practical to help them and/or pray – or do nothing at all. Trust in the Lord. For me this was a huge step forward. And of course I (try to) apply it to my whole worry list.
