In reply to weight loss diets.

Thank you for your comments. My go to practice is extending love to my thoughts. I take a few deep breaths and just notice whatever I notice, I feel into a quality of love (tenderness, care, awareness, delight) and extend it to my thought. FYI, in thes practice, a thought is pretty moust anything I notice, ie, being tired, a headache, or being annoyed that my computer seems slow. Check the page on extending love to your thoughts for more. Thanks again for stopping by!

First of all I would like to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing. I've had a hard time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out. I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints? Thanks!
